Returns

• We accept return requests within 30 days of your delivery date.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Custom-made items (including custom Pete Koza Metal Art) are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Return Shipping

• We provide a free return shipping label for qualifying returns within the 30-day window.
